I've been with HRP for 6 years now and I have truly been made to feel valued and that I am at home here. There is always readily available support whenever needed, resources at everyone's disposal and overall a general positive feeling from the company. The company is continuously growing allowing opportunities for growth. My regional manager is supportive & knowledgeable and never makes you feel like you're being micromanaged or doubted. The corporate leadership are innovative and positive with the way they approach everyone on their team; you never feel like "just another number." I've been able to learn and advance so much in my time here and look forward to continuing to do so.

I excepted the job under the assumption that it would be a great fit for me and I would receive the proper assistance and support I was told I would have ...boy was I wrong ....the ownership of the property hindered any progression of the property due to their penny pinching .... we were under staffed and they still wanted numbers to be up and for the property to thrive ... a lot of upgrades needed throughout the property as far as hvac and instead of putting together a plan to do so they rather have us backed up on work orders and to install and repair units which had to be approved by them but took a while .... if you want to literally kill yourself with work and have no support this is the place for you

Worst company ever to work for. HR exist for no reason no company support at all when help is needed overworked and used with no help. Recommend not working here at all there are better companies. Regional staff will smile in your face and insult you behind you back. No preventive services maintained, bandaid everything until things explode. Regional staff will literally have you work bye tour self while they sneak around on property watching you totally unprofessional and weird.

Do not work here unless you are friends with individuals inside the corporate office. You will not advance. Hard work does not pay off, and your work/life balance will go out the window.
They may have good reviews, but it’s only because they give “incentives” for employees to write them.

I worked with this company for 3 DAYS as a Leasing Consultant. The Property Manager told me on a daily basis that I’m not a people person although I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years! Let me tell you, this was the worst experience of my career so far. I wasn’t trained at all, was spoken down to every day that I worked there by the Property Manager who is fake as can be. She would be on the phone speaking to friends or family all day and then when 6pm comes complains that she didn’t get anything done. Wonder why?!? I felt very disrespected at the property and couldn’t believe there was NO training for me yet. I was asked to work on my 3rd day alone on a Saturday because it was my Managers birthday on Sunday and she wanted off work. Even though she left me for 3 hours alone on Friday and took a really long lunch break. I just sat there and was basically told to figure it out. Then when I asked the Property Manager a question she said she wasn’t sure and would have to send an email to find the answer or call another Manager. Ridiculous! After 3 days I couldn’t take it anymore. I sent my Regional Manager an email and all she said was take care. Not asking me about the experience so that showed me that they don’t care. Glad to be gone from this company!
