They claim they do not micromanage, however... each office in the suite has a camera behind each desk to see what you are doing. They constantly check your "activity log" on a daily basis. I would receive emails from HR regarding people either quitting or getting fired at least twice a week. Management is unprofessional. They will make it feel like a hostile work environment when they no longer need you. FYI they are currently going through an audit for fraud........

As an employee out in the field, I have a balance of independence but also support from the office. I love the ability to utilize modern technology and be able to work from home but still not feel isolated. The company thinks outside the box & takes great care of patients. The patient definitely comes first and you feel that with all the employees.

This is not the company for someone who is not a self starter or someone who doesn't do well with technology. You are very independent in trusted as a professional.

They do not micro manage you, however the bonuses are really highly medicare driven which the population of traditional medicare in Houston is different then the percentages in their other locations.
|
Nurses lacked people skills , were not wound care certified and it created lots of turn downs since they were paid flat salary whether they turned down a case trying to convince the people needing services that they should try out patient instead. Concerns to help make things improve were not ever taken and turned down to the side. Older marketers didn't want to work so they pushed producing marketers out to avoid losing their own jobs .
