The micromanaging is enough to send you over the edge. Despite the constant computer problems and policy changes, metrics stay the same. The company itself it’s cool but the people I encounter with on a daily sometimes don’t know anything, doesn’t fully relay information all the time so we can do our job 100%. We are the training department. First contact for all sections,we should know what’s changing and what’s new but we don’t. That’s why sections have so much to say b/c we aren’t on top of our A-Game and it’s embarrassing. Benefits Low to no raises. Management does not know how to manage. You may be hard working and punctual but they'll let you go without giving it a second thought. The customer is always right even when they aren't, so if they complain bc you didn't smile back it's your butt on the line. Customers are rude and when they complain about you, you will be in the wrong NO MATTER WHAT. Raise in pay is nonexistent, get used to earing that check for years and years. They do train you very well and get a lot of experience in call center and customer service but not worth it if you're looking for a career. Turnover rate is EXTREMELY high for a reason, trust me. I am a return worker and I am so grateful I was able to get my job back. I left and went to Amegy bank and got laid off. The Toll Road hired me back and I am so thankful of that. They have alot of jealous femalea that does the training and the person that is actually in charge she lets them do her dirty work while she isn't on the scene .The trainers drill u instead of them teaching u what need to be taught you ask them a question they turn around and ask you how it goes.
