I learned a lot about myself and meditate regularly now because of the app. The leaders are all great people and the company tries to hire people that have good energy, enjoy meditating, and have a strong work ethic. I was there during a transitional time in the companies growth, so I saw some growing pains that hurt a lot of people and made it hard to move and grow in the company. I do value the product and goal of the company and I really wish it nothing but the best. This attracts lots of smart, caring people who are passionate about mental health and wellbeing. Perks include a nice office, dedicated time to meditate, and catered lunch. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend working at Headspace at this time. Voluntary and involuntary turnover has been very high, and many previously high performers leave Headspace feeling unsuccessful and disappointed.
