Great place to work
I love working for a company that is doing good in the world. The company is growing like crazy so there are changes quite often but I know what I signed up for with this start up. There is a lot of flexibility being able to work from home and the compensation is very good.

Great pay, Great benefits
This job was supposed to be a permanent position. That turned out not to be true. They forced people to work over 12 hours each day during the AEP and when they could not, they were terminated for schedule adherence. This job may have paid well, but don't expect job security because they may not do what they say they will do.

Horrible experience
This job was nothing I expected it to BE firstly we were not told this could potentially be a “temporary” positions got hired in August then fired in December without any warning or understanding they had about 40 people in a zoom meeting and told us we were all fired. Truly felt they only used a curtain amount of ppl during that time to help them reach their company goal. Also they make you work long hours mandatory 12 hour shifts once AEP started Monday-Saturday and the last week 16 hour shifts didn’t care if you have kids or other things to take care of. The pay was fair considering you had to work all the hours one good benefit is they pay for your health care but what’s the point of that if you can’t us it because your working so much. So the bad definitely outweigh the good of this company. Definitely lack INTEGRITY!

Misleading during the hiring process, was always a temporary job.
Was lied to during the recruiting, this was never a full time position and really did not care about what we needed to be successful. Most of our training was limited, and most obstacles I had to figure out for myself. I would not recommend working for this company.

virtual reality is not what it seems
Health IQ wants to be successful, but they burn out their employees with super telephone hours daily. They insist on having telephone sales agents work Saturdays and at the end were forcing 14 hr / 7 day weeks. They have no concern for your family time. The big "carrot on the stick" is the bonus, which they decide to pay "whenever they get paid from Insurance companies", which can be end of month after written. My experience in the industry is that insurance companies advance 65-70% at placement of policies, but Health IQ holds back bonus to keep you working.

Nothing about this company is good. Got hired on through “wheeler staffing partners”. Both companies are a scam. Definitely would not recommend them.

Not a happy place to work | Culture could be toxic at times | no work-life balance
Many employees are leaving the company due to the toxic culture as well as management not looking out for their own employees. Employees are not happy
I wish that I could say that there were any, but there aren’t
bad management that is pushing good people out. No room for growth or even a pay increase!

Toxic and Fraudulent
Poor training, extremely long hours, no flexibility. Great "drivers" aka team managers, but they are overworked and end up suffering financially from all the work. People are great, but upper management is so horrible and corrupt, it outshines any good. Resist the urge to drink the kool aid.

Somewhat disorganized work environment
The company is trying very hard to play in the same league as the big boys in the industry and so it's like they are at the 30 ft level still trying to add the wings and engine to their airplane mid-flight.
Pre-Corona, company employees were encouraged to dress up as if they were going to the gym which may or may not work for everyone. Certainly In our call center the vast majority of the folks were younger and generally more physically fit. It was more or less frowned upon to eat snacks (like candy bars or sodas) while at work.
A lot of the sales leaders didn't have a lot of experience. They just go the job because they knew how to sell and not because they had leadership skills.

Horrible

So It’s a couple things. First off, you get paid on the 15th/30th. Which the recruiter did not mention. Training is not 3 weeks it’s more like 4-5 days n your on the phone. But the most disgusting thing that they do is that they have you sign a contract where if you quit, get fired, or can not be appointed by major companies within the 1st - 2 years they charge you a fee. We talking up to $5k
