This company has it's super busy times - even during a pandemic. That has definitely been stressful with the new "wfh" life. It's a a stable start-up, but it definitely still has some growing pains. Things are not always set in place, and can change quickly. It's definitely a place for self-starters and those who can roll with ambiguity!

The culture is open and transparent, and everyone is hardworking and on the same team to try and reach our goals. I feel like my work really does make a difference. In terms of workplace benefits, the Chicago office always has great snacks, a treadmill desk, awesome decor, and a fantastic location!

Coworkers weren't as tight-knit as I'd wished, but this is partly because everyone has very hectic daily schedules that reflect the high growth HealthJoy is experiencing. That said, HealthJoy works hard to improve and I'm sure its culture will become more cohesive with time.
