Most departments have an excellent corporate culture. The benefits package for hourly workers is the best I have seen, more than making up for not being the highest paying job. The company did recently increase wages for many hourly employees.

There is a disconnect between upper management and the regular workforce. To their credit, they do recognize this shortcoming and they are starting to address it.
