Unorganized, lack of vision and burns through employers like Pez

C-level completely changed out but the lack of vision and direction remained. Products are half baked and implemented leading to disatisfied customers which the client facing teams get to “put” up with while the poor development and deployments continue. For this reason this company cannot keep good people around. Operationally, the company has no processes and is unwilling to explore new ways of meeting customer needs. Company does not value people, they value how much your own life you can give to them not resulting in a positive work/life balance. Leadership is unwilling to stand up to clients and support their staff when customers are clearly being unreasonable.

Healthsparq has a great work/life balance with excellent benefits! It's a wonderful place to kick off a career or continue a career but you may eventually find yourself getting lost in a pool of developers if your contributions to their platforms are not heavily emphasized by your team's management even with complex improvements.
