The hardest part of the job is how everything's manual and disorganized. However, we're a close team and utilize our resources as effectively as possible. A typical day at work consists of checking emails, checking my tracking spreadsheets, heavy data entry daily, tracking mileage for our technicians, and any odd end jobs that come up from the President/CEO of the Company as well as VP of Operations as I assist both of them. The most enjoyable part of the job is my co-workers and all the knowledge they bring to the table. We all learn off each other and balance one another. Although I work best independently, I'm a great team player and we have a great team.
