Dont work there. You can do better

There are little to no pros. A couple of holiday pay and pto
|
Little pay for alot of work. Most of the cnas were lazy. Most of the cna staff like to stand or sit around to gossip. The management is horrible, they dont care about you at all plus the d.o.n. at the time was a complete witch when it came to having breaks. They will degrade you infront of everyone if your not in there own little click of management. They will ask you to work doubles on holidays like Christmas but give pto to those who management is friends with. When i worked there i worked every holiday all year long plus some doubles on the holidays.

Care about your residents and employees. So many people come and go there which is sad. The people that stayed are just staying in there comfort zone or related to management so never gets in trouble for anything.
