If you’re not a friend of the sales manager or family member of the company you’re treated like poorly. Sales manager loves yelling at you in front of others. Very disrespectful and unprofessional place to work. Most employees are looking to get out.

One certain manager there is completely prejudice. She has her favorites that can do no wrong. If your not family you stand no chance of getting promoted or a raise. I can see a nice fat law suit in there future because of her and her actions. Stay far away from this dump.

Absolutely clueless management.

My Work was not understood or appreciated in the least in all my years of employment (15). Met some good people there but Heilind Electronics is an “organization” in name only. Most upper management are “old boy networked in”.....with many of them lacking credentials or knowledge.

Great place to work

Heilind is a great place to work, especially during the pandemic they have provided “Hazard Pay” and masks to everyone they even have people sanitizing the entire warehouse before and after shifts. The supervisors are caring and will jump in to help when short staffed or we are extremely busy.It is a very fast paced environment

They aren't understanding about being sick and missing days. The equipment is constantly shutting down. No one wants to be there, including the supervisors. Every supervisor hired here was through nepotism or someone being a family friend, so don't expect to ever get anywhere in the company. People are constantly coming and going, rarely do people stay longer than a week or 2, the company's turnover rate is very high. Maintenance doesn't do their jobs, so the workers on kitting or packing end up having to do 3 different jobs a day while trying to maintain their quota and be a good worker. The workers were nice and supported each other.

Very caring management

Depending on your position, things can be pretty fast paced. Most of the management is great! They treat you like a human and are NOT big headed over their position title. They are very open to helping you find a position that suits you best if you are currently doing something you aren't interested in or are not really understanding. As long as you put the effort in, they take pretty good care of their employees.
