fast moving. finally growing again.

no communication regarding changes the company makes that affect employee or members.
hired too many people, with no experience, way too fast, and then laid off a bunch of people because of those mistakes.
a lot of decisions are knee jerk reactions and are not strategically thought out.
moved too many jobs to mexico city which created a lot of problems, but hey, the labor is cheaper.

Fun company to work for. Not very secure.

Culture is very fun and the people are what make it great. Used to have regular lunches delivered and occasional happy hours. That unfortunately went away. Overall, the concept is 2nd to none and it was a great experience to be a part of and step foot into the real estate world.

Your position (no matter which department you're in) is dispensable. Went through several rounds of lay offs and felt as if they over hired and was not prepared for growth. Could be in a better financial state now, but back in 2022 no one was safe.
