Work culture at HV is great. Everyone is supportive and helpful, and company policies are good.
I have been an employee here for almost 2 years and this office & my team is without question closer than some of extended family members.

You will get learning on 'how worse a company could be' so that you will start valuing your next and all the previous companies you have worked for.

If you want to know the real professional dystopian world, well this is it. Only few reasons to tell you why
- The management has bred a culture of howling on subordinates and insulting them to get work done. They themselves have no imagination or vision. Etiquettes, manners are things of the past. There is no value for your work or self.
- Salaries are always not paid on time, sometimes in the year there is a backlog of 3 months. PF and Income tax deposition lags by atleast 6 months. The irony is they are non-compliant on these basic stuffs while being in the business of complaince...:)
- People have not got increments in last 2 yrs. There is no job security and any week can be your last. People have literally been asked to put papers tomorrow.
- Worst, people who leave have to wait for 6 months to get their FnF dues. HR team does not respond and you literally have to beg them.
-Have to show 9 hrs in office strictly thru punch in-out, else your salary is deducted, even for sales guys. Most of the people end up losing 2-3 days salary in a month.
- In all aspects, be it backend suport, HR, order logging, there is a culture of finger-pointing, shouting, threatening. Team work, Culture....what is that..??
- The managers have no other way to get work done from subordinated other than shouting and insulting. It is ingrained and bred in the culture from top-down. People are given open threats on weekly calls ki nikaal denge.
Believe me, all the good reviews which you might see on this and other forums are planted by few HR folks to save face, that too forced by the owners. This company is a living nightmare.

1. You experience and learn dirty office politics which arises right from the top management.
2. You become a cost saving machine because salary is always delayed by 1 month.
3. You start valuing money more because you never get full salary amount. There will be deductions due to late coming and whatever other reason they can think of.
4. You become a visionary because the company doesn't have any and it is expected of you.

1. They won't deposit your taxes on time. Won't provide you Form-16 on time. Won't reimburse late fees if any. You'll become a laughing stock among your friends and family.
2. If you exit the organisation, they won't provide FnF. Won't pay you last 2-3 months salary. HR team is basically a proxy set up by the management to prevent riots within the organisation.
3. It's basically a service based organisation where you spend your life incorporating client specific changes. And with no clarity / freezing of requirements so it becomes an endless cycle of development-change-development-change.
