NHS Herefordshire and Powys Local Health Board commission most of our services – accounting for 85.4% and 9.2% of our patient care income respectively, a total of 94.6%.

Emergency in-patient medical care, including heart and respiratory illnesses
Day case and routine surgery, including cataracts and hip and knee replacements
A dedicated cancer unit - Hereford Hospital is part of the 3 Counties Cancer Network (Fundraising is now complete for a new cancer unit on site, in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support)
Maternity & Paediatrics Services
Outpatient Clinics
Diagnostic Services
The Trust has some of the shortest waiting times in the country and boasts an effective and efficient workforce who work hard to consistently exceed national performance targets.
