You get to work with great people who care about you. You can walk into any upper management office and feel like you are valued and your opinion is heard.

Things can get very busy at times and you can feel like you get lost in the mess. It is tough at those times to keep your head above water.

Not a good work from home biz

Good quality on items. Software is o.k. but not the best unless you upgrade and pay extra. Shipping is expensive
|
Over priced items and can be purchased anywhere else at a better price. You have to work to hard to make any commission and then when you stop all of your line rolls into the senior management and that's why they try to get you to start recruiting and selling to others. They get it all in the end and you do all the work. it is not a good company o try and work for.

Not the best experience.

The product is a neat product and we were doing some cutting-edge things at the time, technologically. The other members of my team were really good and passionate. However, once my boss was forced out and the new person took over, the technology direction really went downhill.
|
Management that were not good at managing people, lower than average compensation and too much politicking to gain power/influence within the company were big negatives. They also expected extremely heavy hours out of the development team.
