Well designed program, wonderful coworkers, intense 8 hour days, this program makes for a long year, and a long (every)day at that, but is well worth it. It's situated next to Yakima, WA, which is a great city with incredible people. In short, great place to live and a great place to involve yourself in a MLS program.

Could be too intense for some people. very strict rules. expensive (very), tiring and easy to burn-out, getting into the program requires a good GPA and a solid interview, along with a BS in one of several sciences.

Heritage is a very rewarding place to work. The students are awesome and many of the employees are really committed to their work.
|
Sometimes leadership makes questionable decisions and that leads to confusion among staff and students. We were also expected to work long and intense hours to reach unreasonable goals.
