-New Upper management as of 2016 doesn’t listen to improvements and then takes your ideas 6 months later and places their faults on you when in a board meeting
- Went multiple times without an on time paycheck as an independent contractor due to poor cash flow management

Self Managing. Great Core Values. Time-off work to chillax is highly suggested. Ability to travel and work in different time zones. Process driven using frameworks. Strong team to help pick up your area of weakness. Focused on an individual's strengths not their weaknesses. Allows individuals to excel based off of their unique abilities instead of having to learn new skills.

Working Remote with conflicting schedules does make it hard to have quick alignment amongst several stakeholders. It took a while to get the job. The interview process was very lengthy.

Great culture & team. Positive environment. Most people at HeroX walk the talk.

Still a startup, the work can be challenging. Working from home can be isolating. It's easy to lose work/life balance (though the company is very supportive). No benefits for Canadian staff
