Great Core Values. Time-off work to chillax is highly suggested. Ability to travel and work in different time zones. Process driven using frameworks. Strong team to help pick up your area of weakness. Focused on an individual's strengths not their weaknesses. Allows individuals to excel based off of their unique abilities instead of having to learn new skills. Working Remote with conflicting schedules does make it hard to have quick alignment amongst several stakeholders. It took a while to get the job. As long as the work gets done, you are free to do what you want. Great culture & team. Positive environment. Most people at HeroX walk the talk. Still a startup, the work can be challenging. Working from home can be isolating. It's easy to lose work/life balance (though the company is very supportive).
