Co workers are easy to get along with and willing to help eachother as needed. Plant is small so it feels like family.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management is the most stressful. They will pile on work for some and allow others to do nothing. The HR rep makes up policies and site leader only enforces policies on those he is not friendly with. They have surveys and ask for employee opinions but when they are criticized they say the person is a complainer or they make that person a target.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Extremely toxic and stressful. Site leader is not friendly or approachable. Some managers are talk down to their subordinates and yell at them as if they are children. Site leader and HR allow it because they are friendly with them.

There was nothing very stressful in my different jobs there. I got all the technical support there that I needed. If anyone is thinking of working for " Hexion " then they should not hesitate to apply.
