Always looking the what is the best in the individual and their contribution for the betterment of the company. Great management/founders. Always accessible and communicative at every level. Small size allows issues to be addressed immediately without all of the middle management red tape BS. | Could use more cross pollination of ideas for projects. Not so much a con but a reflection of working in a small Indy studio.
