Toxic top down culture focused on numbers beyond your control more than humans. Everything is watched and taken out of context. they say everything is transparent but it's not at all. the whole company going downhill fast. There are still some good people but they are being pushed out or leaving for better jobs. If you have to have a toxic workplace get one that pays better. I've enjoyed working alongside hard workers who also know how to have fun. The ability to work remote is a huge incentive and I appreciate the flexibility of having unlimited PTO too. We haven't been able to meet in person yet, but this was largely due to the pandemic.
