Large campus to secure,interesting engineering and conveyor system. The facilities Management has not committed a raise for contracted Security in more than five years. Security is contracted, so there seems to be no incentive to motivate better performance through pay raises and reviews of Security performance. There is no positive feedback or negative feedback as to the performance related to the clients expectations. Morale is low as a result of not having a raise in five years. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 2.0 4.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 3.0 998651 Open Communicate to the client the need for feedback,positive or negative, as it relates to the contracted Security's performance so that the Security staff can understand why there has not been any pay increase in five years. The starting rate may be okay for entry level first year on site Security Officers, not so moving forward in the next year. G4S will find it difficult to keep quality Security Officers at this site because of the abysmal fact there hasn't been a cost of living adjustment in five years. I also propose this advice. Ask yourself,would you feel appreciated in your respective position if your employer saw fit not consider a raise in five years?
