-Great people i had worked with for the last two years.
-Got to take part in some huge projects which helped the company and myself.
-Got to take part in being on site for clients and helping them in person.
-Meeting the people we support.

-The Layoffs happened, And we were told otherwise about our jobs.
-Broken promises about moving up in the company and being left hanging for answers in regards to paperwork that never came.
-Too much work, felt overloaded and couldn't catch up on my primary duties.
-There was a bunch of hand holding with some people i used to work with because they were under qualified to work in the department we were in.
-A lot of backstabbing happened and when serious things happened within the company and when someone from staff had to address some things, management didn't seem to care about anything or didn't have the time to address the issues.
-I felt as if i was getting underpaid for the amount of work i was doing and therefore being accountable for a handful of things that had nothing to do with my job role to begin with.
