Disappointing. Ok place to work temporarily.

A very clique-ish company — hard to get recognition and advancement if you don’t know someone. These cliques tend to outsource their work and goof off all day while those outside the cliques are overworked and under appreciated (if not maliciously derailed by the many inept yet arrogant cliques in power.) Not an egalitarian workplace by a long shot.

Worked remotely.
|
It was fun at first working at traveling to client sites and remotely. Less work started coming in which where things started getting boring. Eventually the company merged and there was no work for me to do so I was let go. In addition the compensation was not good, there were no signs of advancement because I did not know how I was doing since there wasn't a performance review.

After being bought by IQVIA and integrated, the “Old” HighPointSolutions culture has been nearly eroded to nothing. Plenty of good folks up to and including middle management, IQVIA leadership shows no direction to or appreciation of HPS employees.
