Generally a relaxed and flexible environment. Ability to work remotely if needed or requested. Lots of flexibiility with scheduling. Executives are generally pretty generous - taking employees to lunch or drinks.

Because it's a rapidly growing company, flex and change a lot. Quite used to being agile. however, the company is now getting too large to do this and the CEO hasn't figured that out yet.
