Great place to work!
|
This has been by far one of the most laid back friendly environments Iâve worked in. Show up and do your job and youâll have no problems! I love it here!

Free coffee and depressing work conditions
|
When I started there was a goal to hire hundreds more workers. Within a couple months they were arbitrarily firing people and then layed off the rest.

Unprofessional
|
If you like unprofessionalism and workplace drama, this would be a great place for you to work! At the interview, I was lied to about the pay. They say you will get bonuses but, they will do what they can to prevent you from getting the bonus that you earned because they canât afford to pay you. They will fire you just because they feel like it. Training is terrible. No job security.

Horrible Job Horrible Company
|
This is one of the WORSE places that I’ve came across in my Many years of working. They do not pay on time, they have scammed a few people I know out of jobs/money, also, people don’t always get their 40 hours. There’s rarely any over time. They claim you will have an hour lunch before you start but it’s cut down to 30 minutes. The supervisors can be very rude as well! If you’re looking to work for this company, let me save you te time, energy and headache. Zero stars For Sure.

a revolving door of employees
|
I began at the company in 2019 when there was about 15 employees and watched it grow to 200+ employees in 2 states through 2021. At one point I was the second-longest tenured employee at the company that wasn’t in operations.
At face value the workplace is friendly and inviting, they hire very nice people and your coworkers will almost definitely be super chill. The people you work alongside on the floor are the best part of the job. The owners & managers are charismatic and things will sound great during your hiring process.
Management (as a department/general policy) is another story. I will say nothing other than to read other reviews and trust them. Same with the owners of the company. Google them. Read articles and reviews. I enjoyed interacting with them as people. I did not appreciate the way they did business.
After 2.5 years of increasing workloads and responsibility, I asked for my first raise/cost of living increase and was let go the next morning. I knew this could be a possibility and had prepared financially. Nine months later, the listed starting pay is more than I asked for my raise to be.
I appreciated my time there. I just wish they focused on employee retention at all. I think they could be a much stronger company if they focused on incentivizing people to stick around instead of focusing on regularly retraining replacements.
As it stands, I cannot recommend applying here unless you absolutely need a job right away while you look for another more consistent workplace.

Don’t do it!

This place is terrible. Very unprofessional and waste of time. Do yourself and stay away. Anything is better than company. Honestly one of the worse companies I have ever worked for.

Decent place to work.
|
There's little ability to move up. However, both coworkers and management are friendly. If you put in the effort you'll see it reflected on your bonuses.

Unfair and misleading workplace
|
Pay attention to the past reviews! Management is absolutely useless. Will halfway train you without an actual trainer, then expect perfection when they don’t know anything either. Some days are slow, and you will go home early. Coworkers contribute to the inappropriate workplace with a VERY loose dress code. Company is inclusive but does not act on actual claims of misconduct. Supervisors are in romantic relationships with agents which causes favoritism. Also, make sure you know how to play ping pong. It seems to be the only thing that matters in this company. Definitely not my favorite job.

Do your research!
|
I’ve never felt more disposable in my life. The fact that they laid off me and almost the entire floor of employees with a couple hours of notice is crazyyyyyy. I’ve been looking for work for a month and unemployment has yet to kick in. Don’t work here unless you’re cool with being let go at anytime for absolutely no reason.
