Our team is able to accomplish so much because we don't have any toxic egos trying to control the conversation. Looking back on my time here, what we have accomplished almost seems impossible considering the size of our team and the resources we've had access to. Every member of the team is vital, talented, and just a great human being.

Startup life can be tough enough, doing it in an industry that's not always open to change (law) means that the friction can be exhausting. This place is definitely not a fit for everyone, but those who enjoy the challenge really thrive. Having been involved in some of the hiring decisions, I know how tough it can be to find the right fit for this kind of organization and the market challenges we face. Once the fit is right though, it's totally worth it.

The product is great and truly changes attorney hiring.
With the team being small you have the opportunity to get exposure to areas of the business you wouldn't have at a larger company.

Management chases the next shiny object for revenue and lacks focus, mistakes are highly scrutinized.
Micromanagement is a part of working there, from having basic business correspondence approved before sending, to every sales activity reviewed in the CRM by the CEO.
High turnover and a cutthroat culture in sales.
