The days simply fly by when I'm working here. I've never been this excited to go to work in my entire life. The CEO, Paul, creates a fun work environment that everyone really enjoys. Our opinions are valued across the board by management and it creates a great sense of value in all of us. There is a tight sense of community here with full transparency so everyone always is in the know of what's coming up in the future. Small startup feel - flexible hours - great team. The company is in growth mode and you can feel it. Lot's of changes month over month but that comes with a lot of upside. Typical days at work involve working with candidates one on one - having them take an assessment and creating matches for them with sales jobs they love. The hardest part is really just staying on top of everything because there is so much going on. The team is really awesome. They have a lot of interns as well as FT people so you see different faces and get to know new people. The CEO is hungry, passionate, humble and of course driven. Although, he does expect things to get done very quickly and sometimes that can be a challenge. I work well in a fast moving environment so that works for me. Someone looking for a "different thing everyday" kinda job would really thrive here. Having a full load of classes and exams makes it tough to have a job but HireKeep gives me the flexibility to work remote and does constant remote and onsite training to keep me in the loop.
