Typical start-up type environment, but with this company they use silly platitudes to "motivate" people. I do not think it's effective at all.
|
Company has been around since 2010 and growth has been stagnant over the past few years which means there is no opportunity for career progression. There really is nothing on the horizon that would leave me to believe growth will suddenly be parabolic. If you're looking to advance , this is not the company for you. Companies do not really need this platform and there are plenty of other players in the market. Management is very inexperienced.

- Very candid and supportive culture. You can always reach out to anyone with any questions and expect to receive an honest answer. You will learn a lot.
- You will become friends with everyone whether you like it or not.
- Your ambitions are openly talked about often and you can expect them to be taken seriously.
- Very open dialogue between management and staff.

- You might get some dog hair stuck to your clothes.
- You may end up completing large tasks that you didn't know were a part of your position when you applied (a pro for some people, a con for others).

Great place to grow professionally and personally. The leadership team are very open to new ideas and give you a lot of room to lead projects and make a use case for changing processes.
This place is super transparent and if you ever have a hard question, the CEO is always open.
The team is full of rockstars that will motivate you to consistently learn more and it truly feels like you're apart of a family.

Like any startup, it took some time to figure out the ultimate vision of the company and even then the goals are always changing. This can be hard tough for some employees.
