There aren't any pros. They don't want you to miss work. Well I guess if you don't mind the boss talking smack about you over the radio and to the other employees I guess it ain't to horrible.

Long hours, no weekends off. They won't allow you to go to a doctor's appointment unless on your day off. They will write you up for missing work even you are in the hospital and return with doctors excuse.
