I really wanted this to work, however, the lack of organization and lack of professionalism sent me over the edge. They also seemed very out of touch with what acceptable wages are for 2017 in the Bay Area. Seems they had champagne taste on a beer budget when looking to fill hypothetical roles. Sometimes they stock an employee fridge with tofu. Lots of languages spoken at this company too. The "managers" do not communicate well. No schedules at all. No organization and most people I met aren't real team players. No commission for new accounts, bonuses of any kind, or real living wages for Oakland area. They pay dirt cheap, expect you to work past normal hours and work weekends, and think a $1 Chinese New Year red envelope is a bonus.
