Since working here I have learned so much thanks to my coworkers. My co workers and management have become more like my second family. Everyday we come in here excited to work and tackle the day as a team. The most enjoyable part of my job is the people I work beside everyday and the people we get to help everyday. It's such a great feeling knowing that we are helping new home buyers through one of the most stressful times of their lives. Working here has been a real blessing, they say to do something you love and it won't even feel like work and that's exactly what it feels like being here. Potlucks/group lunches, fun gatherings/holiday parties outside of work, understanding management. Eye tension from computer. You work hard, but the people are great, and you'll learn a lot. In the inside sales role, they give you what you need to succeed. You do have to work at it, but if you follow the training you'll do well! You don't have to find your own leads or anything like that. You'll have appointments scheduled for you every day throughout the day and your job is to talk with those customers and use the training you gained to help each customer. The hours and benefits are awesome too.
