You can't talk to a human

When I first tried to use honk so that I could further my roadside assistance business, there was some sort of a glitch that wouldn't let me put my company name where it asked me to put my company name. I had to deal with these ridiculous extremely short email answers from honk for over a week before we got the issue taken care of. I could have had it resolved in about 60 seconds with a short conversation over the phone, if there was a phone number that I could call and actually speak to a human. This is not better technology, not at all! This is overrated rubbish!! Why does everyone keep pushing for people to use email when it is so much faster to pick up the phone and talk to someone directly??! It doesn't make any sense why we should have a week-long conversation back and forth over email when we could have a one up to three minute conversation over the phone.

If you have a question, whether it's pressing or not, it could take a week or longer to get it answered because you can't call and ask anybody
