Stay away from corporate/admin positions

Let's be honest they're hugely unprofessional in their day-to-day dealings, much of the management is a joke, and they support such a terrible culture. Very very unsupportive of their staff, an agency full of bullies and manipulators. I'm convinced a few ladies are witches. They recycle the same bad habits that create an uncomfortable environment, mistrust, and disloyalty with new staff. A change needs to be implemented. There are some positives to working there, for example, the plentiful paid leave bank and how they handled Covid-19, but many of the other incentives have faded through the years and the good things definitely do NOT outweigh the bad.
Speaking of the services, that's where they excel, still behind when compared to some other agencies, but the clinical and direct care staff and departments seem to have a much better work life balance and positive experience with the company. They have a vast range of offerings with services and provide good, safe housing.

This is not a good place to work. The salary is NOT conducive to the amount of work that is expected of you. There is no place for advancement most importantly the politics & atmosphere amongst staff is not favorable & is directly influenced by management team.

I really enjoyed working for this company I learn more about people who have mental health problems and how I feel that they need a person like me to help them with their issues. Management is not the best and don’t always take accountability and when you do get a great manager that represent the staff, they find a way to replace them. The trainings are done regularly which is good to stay up to date with state regulations.

What I really like about my job is helping people and my coworkers. There is some disorganization, so it can be stressful at times. The pay is not great, but you feel a sense of purpose and belonging. The executives are very aporoachable, which I like alot.

You will have no support and you will get paid like dog feces to do so. There is so much toxic behavior, you’ll notice immediately. I have stayed way too long and am looking to leave ASAP.
