Higher ups are much more concerned with the quality of work than punching a time card. Open communication is encouraged as are ideas from all levels. Team outings are a regular thing, and lots of fun. Very good group of people. One word: Organization. This is lacking. As a small agency that is getting bigger with bigger clients, the growing pains can be a bit chaotic. This seems to be clearing up though as we bring on more people with management experience at larger companies/agencies. Also, don't just agree to whatever deadlines the client wants.
