Extremely low salary, no respect for the staff from the Direktion. The director was owerwhelmed with work, having to assume different jobs, not only direction of the hotel, also hr, accountant, housekeeping... If the upper part is this way, imagine the lower part of the piramide. One worker makes the job of 3, completetly underpayed. If you asked after a lot of years for a rise of salary, they want you out and make everything to do it. So this can be taken as an opportunity for you to win relevance in your department and more responsabilities, but this is only good for a while, because dealing with senior - top managers is a nightmare on that company Be ready to receive insulting emails, bad words from the CEO & senior management, respect a highly strict working schedule of 9 to 14h - 16h to 19h with no exceptions, and a low salary.
