Have 401k, has benefits, bonus as the end of the year. | Always yelling at you, you are never fast enough. Machines break down constantly, printed material always has defects, purchasing buys the cheapest material possible and expects you to print on it and punch out the product. This leads to a lot of customer complaints. Use to get a bonus about every quarter now only one time a year. Everyone in the office is ok but the people in the plant are the ones making you the money for your new company car or to bring visitors in stretch hummer limos from the airport. Need to keep fixing things around the plant and quit taking tools away from us.
