I have worked at 5 different companies in my career, but Hubner is by far the best. Great leadership that respects and cares about it employees. Top management regularly interfaces with production workers to promote a positive working environment and encourage new ideas. The atmosphere is fun and family oriented. None. I've been with the company for several years. The CEO and senior managers really care about their coworkers and empower them to make their own decisions. The company is very family oriented and promotes a positive working environment through teamwork, recognition and personal development. It continues to experience high growth and has undergone several expansions over the past 5 years. The mutual respect between management and employee have made this company very successful. I've worked at many places, but I've never had so much fun! Also, great benefits, free lunches and climate controlled environment... There truly are a lot of really great people that work here. Everybody is willing to help each other behind the chaos that is provided to us. Benefits are good. Including free lunch, but health benefits aren't as amazing as the company advertises. I've talked with friends and others who describe comparable benefits (though not quite equal.) However basic salary is not equal. Simply put, we are lacking a leader. The current boss has chased away so many great employees. Not all for the same specific reason I'm sure, but I know for certain that many have left because of current CEO. Many well tenured and important people have left in the past few months - from an knowledgeable engineer that had 5 or 6 years with us, a sales manager that was here for probably longer than that, an accountant, and a great HR person. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 2.0 1.0 3.0 4.0 2.0 4.0 1.0 410586 Open Please check your ego. We are all tired of being micro managed and second guessed. Support us and let us to do the jobs that you hired us for. This company is too big for you to be involved in EVERY minor detail - it slows us down. As a result the sales growth is hurting. Lastly, change is ok so please listen to our ideas instead of always forcing your ideas down our throats. I hope corporate in Germany has seen these issues and will take action. They ask you to do the work and then leave you alone to do it. Put on the radio and work. Management hasn't got a clue what's going on and doesn't want to hear it either.
