Good entry level job, advancement not as easy as they lead you to believe. Decent benefits. Co-workers are a mix of the good and the bad in my experience. Sometimes a 40hr work week was hard to get even if you were ready and willing to work.

Challenging physically and mentally.

This is a great job except that management is often uneven in their treatment of personnel. Some negative individuals are favored while others are neglected. Floor personnel can be clannish and unfriendly.
Teamwork and management relations with floor personnel need a lot of work here!
Overtime is a constant as planning training and hiring of personnel to meet future production needs is inadequate.

Do not trust the upper management! CEO runs the company like a dictator & only is concerned about himself. Plant Manager is weak & does not dare question the CEO. HR Manager is young & naive. She is a "yes" girl & does whatever the CEO says even if it requires lieing. This company won't get any better until management changes.

Overall the work is not bad, and has a decent day to day work environment. The only thing that makes this company horrible is the fact that the leadership is horrendous. They have attitudes, treat you horribly and just not good for business.....
