If you're into clicks and don't care about being promoted or getting a raise, then this is the place for you. The mentality here is that those who are hard workers suffer. I spent the majority of my time doing someone elses job who was either to lazy or incompitent to do it. Those who are slackers truly get a pass here. And please don't look for any one in a position of authority to help make your situation better because it's not going to happen. This is a do as I say not as I do environment PERIOD. If you’re looking for a place where you want to flourish, either suck up to the right people (like others here) or do like I did and RUN!
