Not enough focus on staff development You learn a lot in terms of the political paradigm. The company is very well connected internationally. The boss in 2017 was not a nice guy: sexist and aggressive. Its a coal face entrepreneur company that has a can do anything attitude. The pay is crap, no-one believes what the board says and they joke about betting three grand on a rugby match and don't give us pay rises. Only one of the senior team in London has been at Hume Brophy for over a year and people leave because the work is hard and repetitive. They don;t support creativity and its one size fits all for all of their pr and public affairs work. They don't get social media and i was amazed at my new place how behind the curve they are with everything.
