-Good environment and dynamic working style
-Great culture (when I was working there, maybe it may be changed now.Idk.

-Upper management does not give change to everyone except their fav ones.
-Works depends on relations with people which is not solving all the things in general.
-there are lots of people which have been working like 15 years in same company. So that will limit your career path in a bad way.
