Cultural, modern, in time, friendly athmosphere, nice collegues, interesting, social, demanding in a good sence. allowed to speek Your mind. Good benefits such as free tickets to show. Supports sportactivities as gym etc.

Salaries are lower than low- a reflection of the cultural sector as such but this theatre management does little to fight for a general rise, bosses interveen, sometimes for no reason, taking the joy out of work.
