Unorganized and horrible training
|
I’ve worked here for 5 months the training was horrible they keep changing things and rules and policies the supervisors are mean and not helpful and the customers that call in are most of the time rude. They are all on ss and disability so most of them are computer illiterate so be prepared to have a lot of patience working here. The payroll is the worse you literally have to check your paycheck every time you get paid to make sure they have you down for the right hours you worked. Computers crash tech support is in Pakistan and u can’t understand them just stressful place to work for sure.

Ok place to work

Training was not the best. First day out on the floor after training your on your own, there was supposed to be someone to assist with questions. Associates were nice, management was not the best.

Waste. Of. Time.
|
Training is a waste of time. Had a 4 day training, 10 hours each day. The remaining 2 days you’re on the floor. Can’t wear jackets with hoods. They’ll hire ANYONE. Theresa racist. They want you to work your scheduled shift but, won’t even pay you for the hours you worked. The payroll is complete trash. You need money really bad? This is the job for you. Oh! & you can’t have small food at your desk anymore in the new building. Systems constantly crashing. Just.. No.

I've just recently started at i2c and would not still be here if I didn't need the money. Very poor training, if you can call it that, very poor management, very poor virtual support, just plain very poor. Attitude from supervisors which is uncalled for. Customers consistently saying how Rude supervisors are. If you are desperate hold out for something better as this company cares about NOTHING, but how much money they will make. Upper management is a JOKE. Steer clear because all this place will do is give you a headache. I have no reason to lie, i2c on the other hand has plenty.

I2c's reality is very different from its portrayal. There is a lot of politics, lack of morals and processes and very little potential for adaptability. They stick to "technical loopholes" and tend to break their own set rules.

my experience working at i2c was pleasant but during the ongoing COVID epidemic, the management had poor policies which led to many employees contacting the virus in office, after which the management realized the need for smarter and more serious policies, they definitely need to work on how they value employees and dealing with emergencies,

Nice place to work for.

It was a nice place to work for but needed a better management. The managers was from overseas. It would be helpfull if they have some type of health benefit.
