Not much training involved, so you've gotta know the sports when you come in (which makes sense if you're pursuing a coaching job). Not the most organized, didn't know my schedule for the day until I got to the job, which made organizing rides difficult.

Poor organizational structure. Operates like a small business. Unorganized and lacks communication. No privacy when it comes to people's salary, who's getting fired, and sensitive paperwork. Since the position is remote upper management is running personal errands and is not around when you need them, but expect you to be available whenever they need you.

The company lacks an efficient way of doing things. Everyone has a job title but they are all literally doing each other's job, with different salaries and lack of communication. "Weekly meetings" get cancled on the night before or day off.
