Expectations aren't unreasonable here -- in the goldilocks "just right" place.
Work off EO system and are committed to it. One such way is that they really want everyone in the right seat, so if someone isn't suited for a particular role, they will find a better fit.
Good people. Hiring has been phenomenal, particularly in last 6 months.
Strategy has been rebooted and has had a tremendous impact. Goal is to be a more boutique agency that values quality > quantity when it comes to client results and sales. This pitch is really impressing clients, other digital agencies, and the team at large.

Business went through a transition in last 12 months, there were growing pains and difficult moments. These are behind the company for now.
Small company (10 or so employees), so everyone needs to be comfortable with putting on a different hat or two every so often.
Downside of people being fitted for the right seat is that it's easier to be considered expendible if business doesn't succeed when one is in a non-client-facing role. This isn't a criticism but a reality of a client-based business.

I had a great experience and I learned a lot as a intern at iAffilliate Mangement spending just over 2 years with the company. If you are looking for a great company to work for I suggest iAffiliate Management.

The only cons I could share are that I wish I could still work for the company but school has turned me for another direction in the career path I want to choose. I don't have any Cons about iAffiliate Management.

Agile company with an entrepreneurial startup culture. All employees have direct access to the CEO, and ideas and opinions from all employees are valued by upper management. Employees are given a high level of autonomy. Management isn't afraid to jump in and help with day to day work when necessary.

Not much transparency into the financial position of the company. Consistency of strategic vision from upper management was sometimes lacking. A high number of international clients sometimes means late nights and early mornings. Some operational choices seemed questionable.
