Flexible-ish. Depending on staff and # of tickets we'd be randomly given chances to leave early. You get a set number of hours you can call out depending on tenure.

who thought this was a good idea? the answer is NOBODY.
a grown man a grown CEO does a self recording with back lighting playing a damn piano and telling everyone how great he is.
this my fiernds is what happens when the largest ego you ever met is unleashed. the problem of course is nobody can tell him otherwise. for example nobody can say,ummm hey man, umm yeah maybe you ditch that hoody, and maybe you take a step back and ask the question 'is there a reason no other ceo does a squinty face and head bobbing IPO anouncement? yes indeed there is a reason and that is that they are not self congratulatory narcissists of the gazillionth degree.
like, i don't think anyone can tell him and this ultimately is the problem. then we comically update the invite w a note not to share it holy cow wow. i'm guessin he doesn't realize that everyone and i mean dozens and dozens of people roll their eyes at this stuff and send private messages around the entire company about how absurd it is.
