This is without a doubt one of the worst companies you could ever work for. It seems like the company goal is to abuse you verbally and psychologically until you are in a permanent vegetative state, ready to agree with whatever the bully owner says and throws at you. You will get insulted (most likely based on your nationality or religion) and abused no matter how hard you work or how productive you are. Salary is poor and the working environment even worse. Compared to the other opportunities available in the area, I would not say there are any pros to choosing to work at IC Markets. Unprofessional management, a lot of office politics, poor treatment of staff, high levels of employee dissatisfaction and frustration. All of this is clear from the extremely high staff churn, at all levels. After a short year as an agent was promoted to supervisor as you can really grow in this company when showing commitment. Great vibe and atmosphere, very understanding management even caring. Cool offices to work in. All in all a breath of fresh air. Nothing to say really.
