A good company with a big future

Friendly Atmosphere, regular quarterly dinners with team. Great variety of projects so never gets boring. Central London location is also great, and the offices are beautiful. Very diverse workforce, with good mix of men and women of all colour and creeds. (MD is a woman!).
|
The team in the UK is small, though it is growing. Because of this the environment is not as dynamic as some people would like. It is a global business, with offices in India and NY, however it can be difficult to develop rapport with colleagues in foreign offices. More could be done to improve integration into the group as a whole.

Too much work pressure destroys mental peace
Management does never listens to the employee
You will not get any leave even you have valid leave
You need to work in almost all holidays
Destroys family life.
company working hours at the time of join 9 hours after joining you need to finished all work given by client if's not mantter how much time you will be their and you need come on time by next day.
I know all people who have give 5 star for this company these review given by office boy, canteen boy etc, if you want to know about the company then ask your friend thay will tell you about that company and company PM. PM have too much attitude and less knowledge.

You work with a great mix of co-workers who are smart and helpful, it is quiye a dynamic and fast paced environment as you can work on many different projects across a range of different areas. No day is the same.
There is a good atmosphere the team is fun with an innovative and creative culture.
There is a great sense of trust and great work ethic with challenging roles available with scope to learn new things and progress quickly.
There is a good infrastructure in place and the management team is great at providing focus and informal.

The guys at Icreon UK have an open view / open door policy giving everyone a voice. It was great to hear and share views and know that they would be given equal consideration.
What is great at Icreon is that you feel as if your making a difference by creating solutions that really work for clients. It was great for me to be involved at every stage to see how a project comes to life from concept to completion.
