Company recently fired almost half of its workforce because of internal corruption between the employees. Stay away from this company. private:idashboards https://www.indeed.com/cmp/idashboards/reviews Dec 18th, 2018 12:00AM Open Open iDashboards Senior Pre-Sales Consultant Troy, MI USA Great product to work with, however management is lacking in ability to lead Being in a Technical presales role, my calendar is filled interacting with prospects and customers for demos, POCs, closing calls, and customer success. Working here, I've learned to work intricately with data to build analytic dashboards. I've learned SQL, a bit of javascript, and ETL processes. Hardest part of the job is get everyone moving in one direction, following a leader. Processes are tried, failing, and/or discarded completely after a short period of time. The most enjoyable part of the job is the culture within the company and company events. I think a tie might also be in working with the software application itself. It's very rewarding to get daily A-HA moments when showing what is possible with this software. private:idashboards https://www.indeed.com/cmp/idashboards/reviews Sep 3rd, 2017 12:00AM Open Open iDashboards Tech Services Team Troy, MI USA Good culture, but slumping sales and low pay The environment here is relaxed, casual, family friendly. They don't pay technical staff enough. Sales team has had problems which are hopefully turning around. Not a bad place to start a career but not somewhere to stay for the long term unless you prefer the lower paid, easy route in life Monthly lunches, annual events, casual, low-pressure environment, easy work Salaries on the low side, some of management can be incompetent, company isn't growing 0.0 0.0 4.0 5.0 5.0 3.0 1.0 3.0 Jan 23rd, 2021 01:48AM Mar 19th, 2021 11:02PM iDashboards
private:idashboards https://www.indeed.com/cmp/idashboards/reviews Jul 5th, 2017 12:00AM Open Open iDashboards Account Executive Troy, MI USA Great people and culture, but no roadmap No one can deny that you will enjoy working here, the work life balance is nice (except the work from home policy has odd rules), and the culture is great. The people I met at iDashboards are extremely talented and have bright futures ahead of them, but only if they leave. Every three months there is a shift in focus on the sales team because the last directional change or restructuring didn't work. Management knows where they want the teams to be, but aren't sure how to get there which has created a revolving door of the best sales people. A great place to start off your career, but beware of staying too long. Hsa, monthly lunches, company outings, lasting friendships High turnover, lack of direction 0.0 0.0 3.0 4.0 3.0 2.0 3.0 3.0 Jan 23rd, 2021 01:48AM Mar 20th, 2021 02:19PM iDashboards
private:idashboards https://www.indeed.com/cmp/idashboards/reviews Mar 10th, 2015 12:00AM Open Open iDashboards Technical Consultant Troy, MI USA A falling star Small company that doesn't want to risk growing too fast. One product sold different ways. Tenured members of the technical team function as a clique so don't expect to get answers if you ask questions. But prepare to be insulted that you don't already know the answer. HR plans good team building events (golf, Olympics, picnics) Lack of vision, management happy with coasting 0.0 0.0 1.0 2.0 2.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 Jan 23rd, 2021 01:48AM Mar 20th, 2021 06:11PM iDashboards
