Pros is the word which has been removed from Ideapoke dictionary since it was started.
|
1. Fire people with out any reason, but they create their own silly stories to fire them.
2. Always target new joinees (who has no experience and joined as a fresher) to assign more work.
3. Extract work from freshers for 1L but will pay less than 20K.
4. Play with your emotions and personal life. They never allow you to spend time with your family and wants you to work for them for 365/24/7
5. They love people who act in front of them as if they are the best boss. They fire you if you are frank and open. Please join in some acting school and learn to act before you wanna join there.
6. Speak like as if they are the best organization in the world @ the time of your joining, but behaves very worst after you join.
7. No reasonable hike.
8. Always flavorful for some guys who have been with them since beginning. So much of partiality.

4. they expect employees to work and stay in office. even on weekends they expect employees to keep working.
5. no work life balance.

7. people have to stay till late night at office still have to come to office at 9 am the next day.
8. very less number of leaves. any leave you take will lead to paycut
9. no job security
10. they have fired atleast 5 people randomly and didnt pay any severance pay also.

Very interesting to be part of the company trying to create something new in the market. A learning experience every day i guess... The amount of data analysis(which is a lot actually), high quality customers and client interaction is quite new and refreshing compared to my earlier experiences with other companies.
Researching and presenting new technologies and reports to large clients has been my interest, and i get to do a lot of it here. My team lead has been quite helpful, and in general all teams are humble and helpful

Meetings with clients at odd hours happens sometime. Be prepared to spend time, and update skillsets quickly. Challenging..
